Have been brewing beer for 10 years.Distilling has always been of interest.So I built myself a pot still. So here to learn from the best. Live in Central U.S. Have a few runs under my belt always willing to learn and better my out come.

Welcome, i went the other way, started distilling and am now trying my hand at a doppelbock.
