I want to learn to make a good bourbon whiskey. I have a 15.5 gallon keg still . Thanks for letting me join

Welcome Andy. Sounds like you have the equipment. I would go to the tried and true recipe section and pick out a bourbon such as honey bear bourbon and go from there.

Should be lots to read through on processing corn and adjuncts for the kinds of bourbon you want to make.

Hi Andy, enjoy the reading. Lots of great information here to help you master the art of bourbon.
