Hi, I'm Loggie got into home brewing a few year ago. Took it up cause of the scare during 2012. Not going to be with a bit of something if the world's gone crazy. Lol my grandmother brewed beer during prohibition. To support her six kids. My mom was the taster and told her when it was ready for bottling. Decided to see if I can make a different kind of home brew. Looking to try a good rye receipt. Glad to have this site. 8)

Welcome to HD !

... and know that rye is something of a graduate-level course. Start off with baby steps, lock-down your processes, and then dip your toes into rye. Sure, it can be delicious to drink but making it can be a study in frustration until you learn how to work with it.
