New to distilling
I've been reading through this site for a few months now. Distilled my first batch of apple brandy a couple weeks ago. Im currently fermenting a variation of the All-Bran recipe. Thanks to everybody that's put their knowledge and experiences on here, it's been a great help.

Welcome, using established recipes and variations of recipes from the Tried & True Recipe section is a great way to have early success and gain a better understanding of proportions.
