Good day,

I hope I write correctly at the Welcome Center. I want to learn how to make gin here. I am 40 years old, my name is Michal and I want to learn how to make gin. I hope that my knowledge will be of benefit to this community as well.

Welcome, check out the Tried & True Recipes we have some simple but great gin recipes.

Thank you I will definitely try the recipes !!

I have a problem. That's why I want to ask here. Please, I have a problem with distillation when making gin is to smell "fish". I use a professional distillation column, so there is no mistake in it. Do you have experience with that? Can they make older junipers or coriander?
