Working through the process

I have been doing a lot of studying and have taken some classes in distilling, now I am putting it into action. I have an Amphora Society still and figuring out all of the factors in the process and how to get what I am looking for in the final product.

Welcome, I have seen several of the Amphora Society products. Sounds like you are well on your way.
