And here's another one with a T500

Post by dermie72 »

GDay all,

NSWelchman... go the Blues..!!
Landed here looking for a limoncello recipe, stayed for the abundant knowledge of like minded boozehounds.
Only just got into this hobby and wish I 'd kicked it off 30 years ago.. so much time wasted..
I currently only have a T500 still but will look to develop my skills and progress from there.. mind you I'm pretty happy at the moment sipping on my home creations.. haven't had a beer in 3 months

Pity about your choice of teams to support, we’ll see on July 13th!
Just a few tips to get you well on your way. Get a pot still head for your boiler and practise double distillations. Investigate fermentation/ yeast options that don’t require extra additives OR promise high yields in short fermentation times. Use a power controller.
It took me years to change and learn the benefits of those adaptations!
