Hi guys. New to the page and got no clue how to use the forum. Anyway I give it a shot and hopefully I sort it out.
I’m running a turbo 500 and be distilling since about 8 years. Just the basic.

basically, just try to stay on topic in a thread. Post a new one on the appropriate page if you have a question or want to share an experience.
novice distillers is a good catch all, but if you want to know about yeast, there is a thread for that.. same for safety, grains, recipes....you get it

Hey thanks. I did have a little bit of a look through but can’t really find a answer for what I am looking for. I did buy a new property which used to be a winery and It came with about 2500 bottles of red and white wine. The wine tastes horrible so I thought I make some spirit out of it. The only thing is the bad acid smell it has after distilling. Where would I post a question about it or do I have to start a new thread. Cheers
