Too much sugar will stress the yeast, way too much will kill the yeast, and stressed yeast doesn't make a tasty drink.

No nutrients. Can i add now? Can I dilute down? Or is it a lost cause?

You can split the wash and add more water and yes you can add now. Read Birdwatchers or wineos POSW in the tried and true section, both will give you ideas on what to use and how much.

They claim DADY will ferment to 21% ish. But without proper nutrients. It ain't gona. And even if you had nutrients. It wouldn't be worth a dern fer drinkin.

Split dilute add some nutrients. And pray.
