Define "unicorn sweat"

Not clear if this is really where this post belongs but if it needs to be moved that's fine. Once again I need clarification on a specific bit of lingo: "unicorn sweat". I see it used in reference to cereal washes/mashes quite a bit but I wonder if there is a definitive meaning to this term.
Just another by name for moonshine?

I really like flavorless neutral for vodka. However most people are revolted by it. Like T-Pee suggested, Rad's All-Bran recipe is an obvious choice for those who want a vodka with room for character.

Vodka with a slight distinguishing taste and/or mouthfeel can be preferable for most people. How its made isn't necessarily as important as what is in the bottle. Too much distinguishing flavor, good or bad, would disqualify it as a vodka by most standards.

BUT, opinions are just that. What do you feel a proper vodka should represent? This hobby is about making yourself happy, so you can call it unicorn sweat if you want.

It's not legally or even technically brandy. But you can call it whatever you want. Call it Unicorn Sweat if it makes you happy. It aint nobody's business but yours and who you choose talk to about it with.

I use it to describe pretty much anything that doesn't really fit into any specific category and usually a mixture of different things. It has no real definition.
