That depends on your still and your skill. Running with the whole ferment in the boiler, or with the free run in the boiler and the pulp in the thumper, gets the best yield and flavor.

Depends on the outfit.
Some have hotspots an will
scorch if you ain't careful. If you bound
an determine to put it in the kettle and not
the doubelin keg then you best stir
it til right before likker risein or you
gonna be at the 5 an dime lookin easyoff
oven cleaner.

Just a thought
depending on the still design
If it pukes, chunks of fruit could plug up the condenser :shock:

Im not going to risk it... im just going to filter it as i normally do. usually we send it through a colander, wire strainer, then cheesecloth. might skip the cheese cloth step this time. filtering tonight, running sunday! looking forward to having some in my cabinet again!!!
