Happy to help Neckstiller. Yes that is where it gets really fun, get the basics down so you understand whats happening and how to be successful, and then go off on your own and create something you can really be proud of. Nothin better. Cheers and congrats.

Ok found this jimbo thread I'm becoming curious about ag more and more my sugarhead washes have been flavorful using corn (milled) and assorted malt grains hell if I'm already going thru the mashing process why not NOT. Use sugar? If I'm reading this right I am to use a kilo grain per gallon water? Not counting malted grain of course so on 8 gallon water I'm to use 16 to 18 pounds grain then malt in to convert? I hope I'm getting this man I don't wanna bone myself here guess I gotta Amazon up some gypsum
