Ok Ive got an all grain mash the is sooo slow. Initial SG 1.085 starting PH 5.4, daddy yeast. oyster shells. I going on 3 weeks, and its still off gassing very slowly, like 1 or 2 bubbles a minute. Ph is about 5.6 and the SG is 1.045. temp is 96 f
I added some energizer a week ago to no effect.
what say you?

You could split it in half & top up w/ water to see if that'll help things.
If I remember correctly, it's an 8 week wait on Yellow Label Angel yeast. That stuff cures all...
