Which of the Lallemand washes are best used for a sugar wash?
I've currently working through a bag of the Red Star DADY.

I'm guessing TQ or LS.
Marketing hype doesn't focus on which yeast is best for table sugar or inverted if I feel energetic.

From the link specifications I would say that LS is the most suitable .... TQ has a useful killer factor if there are wild yeasts like in fruit .... LS is also suitable for fruit but has strong affinity with simple sugars and is a Bayanus strain. I use a bayanus strain similar yeast (Laffort Actiflore® BO213) and works well with sugar washes, it has a very neutral profile and seems to be very similar to your LS.
