Feline Pine Gin

Spent the day making my first gin. Filled the gin basket with Feline Pine brand kitty litter. This litter is made from pine trees and needles. The cat really seems to like using it so I figured what the hell. Tastes amazing but was wondering what you all think about using the litter in this fashion? :think:
