So after 13 years growing yeast and sweating copper, I finally went legit. Started a corporation, signed a contract with a craft distillery to produce my absinthe (L'Absinthe Sordide) under their license. Made 1000L, won a pile of medals, and got offered a job with a small licensed conglomerate running their alcohol division doing production and RnD.
I got my dream job!
Silver medals so far :

Berlin intnl spirits comp incl absinthe of the year

Congratulations, this post should be in the craft Distiller's section. I will be glad to move it but we ask proof that you are licensed or under a legal license.
