Made it almost a year ago, really did not like the taste. Put it in the closet for 11 months and now its pretty good.
Not sure Ill be doing it again, lemons are not always inexpensive, lots of tedious lemon peeling. Just happened to have
some good neutral, caught lemons on sale, and thought the wife may like it.

Anybody try fortifying the lemon flavor via peels in a gin basket during the spirit run? Do the oils survive the hot vapor temp?
