Whiskey with german dunkel dark beer????

Hello,
I am doing a batch of black beer and decided to do a second one to turn into spirit. Will not put the hobs thow. Did someone already tried? Here are the malts i used for 5 gallons:
Carafa 170g
Pisner 2kg
Munich 3kg
Melanoidin 340g
3 kg sugar
Used 17 L. Water to cook and used 2L. Of boiling water to rince the mash at the end to collect all remaining sugars
Will use a nottingham yeast.
I usually do a single malt but wanted to try something more tasty.... hopefully lol
