So I have my machinery on the way and it seems it'll be like 2 weeks until it maybe gets shipped. So in the meantime I have grinded through the process of getting everything I theoretically should need to at least begin my beginning runs of mash. Now the recipes I wish to follow are simple and essentially ready to go supply wise, so I figure screw it. let us begin this thing!!.. My plan is to document everything from this initial mash run to act as additional guidance for those who are curious as to how these things come to fruition. Stay tuned as I add content regarding my goal here!!!
