My First Still
It's not perfect, but I am proud of it, and I think it will do the job. It's a CCVM 1 5/8" column still that can be run in pot mode too.
I have cleaned it with vinegar and water runs, and still have to do a sacrificial alcohol run.
I will start with the Birdwatchers recipe, then move on to UJSSM. After I have a decent amount of neutral to play around with, and UJSSM whiskey to age, I will probably try out some more complex recipes.
Anyway, I am really excited to dive right in to this hobby!

Just got first drips from the birdwatchers cleaning run, and holy cow, I am pumped. It freaking works!
I know, it's just a cleaning run, but still.
This hobby has been a lot of fun already, and I haven't even run my first proper batch!
