I've tried the "panty dropper" with different kinds of berries, it was good. i had a gallon of corn drippings so i figured I'd try the jolly ranchers. Man it is pretty good stuff.
I seperated them by color and put 16 candies in a 5th of 75pr, the strawberry/ watermelon is delicious, the sour apple totally hides the alcohol
I only had 13 blue raspberry and it could of used a couple more but still pretty good. It's awesome that it stays clear after they dissolve.

Re: Jolly rancher shine
There's 4 pages of results returned from the Google search button; concerning the flavoring of shine with Jolly Ranchers. It's an old topic that goes back at least to 2008. There is one thread named “Candy Infusions”, where the member and 3 other people tested and evaluated at least 15 different candies; only 4 of which were Jolly Rancher flavors. The four people (now turned judges) selected Tootsie Roll, Root Beer, Caramel and then Lemonheads tied with Red Hots for 4th place.
In another thread named “Fireball”, the member was proud of his results using; “cinnamon jolly ranchers and a smidge of cinnamon extract”.
Personally I shy away from liqueurs that are too sweet. But I like the idea. I can forsee my Christmas giveaway list being filled by colorful bottles wrapped with ribbons this year.

I'd try rootbeer flavored shine...
Fear and ridicule are the tactics of weak-minded cowards and tyrants who have no other leadership talent from which to draw in order to persuade.

I got addicted to Barq's Root Beer when I lived in N'Awlins.
A lot of people there made their own using this.
One recipe says
2 quarts water
1 tablespoon root beer concentrate
1 cup sugar (or sugar substitution in the recommended amount)
I don't know if it would be best in the thumper or just add it into the final product.

It's not something that i would drink all night but, passing out shots throughout the night is perfect. I am gonna have to get some root beer shine going on in my life though.
