Home Distiller

After running some CFW I dumped the hot backset right into two one gallon HDPE jugs to the top. Basically doing the same thing as a no chill beer make. Is there any reason why this wouldn't be suggested? I have no frig or freezer room right now.

same as beer; if you're in any doubt (swollen/foamy/mouldy/etc.) then don't use it, or at least reboil it before using.
