I've been fermenting for over 30 years. just about from day one I've been an all grain guy, -sugar wash. I've just about composted everything leftover from the fermentation. Now I found a new uses for the spend grain, chickens love it.
After I'm done fermenting separate now two good things, ones for me the other for the chickens after drying the grain. I use a small pool and the sun for drying the grain.
