Fresh raw corn mash recipe

I have tried several different searchs both here and google, and have found
very little information. I plan to grow a good crop of corn this year,
including a section of Johnny red, and would like to do an AG run with the
Johnny red. What would be the best way to do the mash without needing to
dry and crack the corn? My hope is to use the fresh corn, 6 row malt,
water and yeast, but I'm having trouble finding instructions on using fresh
cut off the Cobb corn. This will be a 30 gallon mash and I'm hoping for an
abv of 7-8% with some really good flavor. If this has been answered and I'm
just not finding it, a gentle nudge in the right direction would be great.

I'll stand to be corrected if need be..
..but reasons why you don't see fresh corn being used is because store-bought would be more expensive and have preservatives/additives.
You, however, are not in that boat. There are quite a few folks using fresh corn with great success.
Just watch residual pesticides and such!

He uses packaged corn from the frozen food section. This would be close to having fresh corn picked right out of the field. My understanding that corn picked at the time when the sugar is at its highest before naturally turning to starch in the kernel, that one would not need do anything but mash it up. In the video he uses a food processor) add your water to get the Starting Gravity where you want it and yeast... Basicly a corn wine, before distilling.

Fresh corn is a lot of water so you need more pounds per gallons.
I ground mine by freezing it first then running it through a Corona mill.
Shouting and shooting, I can't let them catch me...

I didn’t really like it, but it’s been a long time since I’ve tasted it.
I think it was the honey that gave it an odd character and I remember thinking it might improve with age.
I’ll pull it back out soon and give an update.
