Ha. They have rye, too.

They are 20 minutes from my house. Golden barrel, too :)

I have their entire bulk price list. If I knew how to post PDF ( it was emailed to me directly a long time ago)

Compared to what?
Cheaper than barley malt, more expensive than yellow meal.
I've never seen red corn for sale anywhere else. I paid a bit more for a sack of blue corn once.

I'd spring for the cost of the corn but the shipping is the deal breaker for me.

It appears there is at least one distillery using the Bloody Butcher red corn, although it has a slightly lower starch content...

50lbs shipped is 68.- for me. What's that about 2.5gallons of 130proof'ish?
The blue corn was about 70.- shipped and they wanted a physical check mailed...
What about a batch of good ole red/white/blue american corn likker on american white oak?

I'm down and that makes for some good blending too!

Cheers,
j

Dear SCD.....
I did pay $65 for a sack of flaked maize once, and have spent a quite a bit on malt. Would be something to try if it was available here in the West coast of Canada
