Leupold Distillers Malt?

Post by Broken Jug »

I just purchased some Leupold Distillers malt. According to what I read it has a diastatic power of 194, with “flavors of: grainy, straw/grassy notes, similar to Irish whiskey in the finish.”

Just curious if anyone else has heard of it, or tried it?

I plan on trying it with a GW style rye, and with a 80% corn and 20% Leupold distillers malt.

Should make a good drop.
