Hi there, just about to take my first steps away from turbo yeasts. I'm sorry if this has been covered elsewhere but I have been unable to find anything on it in this thread.
I live in Australia and have a little difficulty sourcing DAP. The closest I can get is a product by Brewcraft called "Yeast Nutrient Salts" Their website says It is a mix of DAP, Magnesium Sulphate, Folic Acid, Niacin, Calcium Pantothenate, Thiamine Hydro-Chloride. They recommend using 1g per 5 litres for wine making.
The packets however says it contains Acid 334 (Tartaric), Acid 330 (Citric), Nutrient 518 (Magnesium sulphate), Nutrient 340 (Potassium phosphates), and Nutrient 342 (Ammonium phosphates).
Has anyone had experience using this. If i use this would I still need to use the Citric Acid or Epsom salts?

Meant to mention that I was planning to use Wineo's plain old sugar wash recipe.

I've made Winoe's without the DAP--just cause I didn't have any. Seemend to work all right. Maybe a little slow but a sugar wash always is.

My guess is no. Seems like that nutrient contains everything needed. If i use this would I still need to use the Citric Acid or Epsom salts?
Be safe.
Be discreet.
And have fun.
