It's mango time here and I can get tons of them for free anyone have a good recipe. :D :D :D

The same as for most fruit. Crush, then ferment with a good yeast if you have one, then either press if you have a suitable press, or distil on the pulp if you have a suitable still.

Mango isn't a fruit I would take on as a source of free sugar and alcohol without the gear to prepare and distil it unless I was stranded on a tropical island. Some varieties are much more suited to juicing, fermenting and distilling than others, so much depends on what variety you have.

I use mango peels as a flavoring in gin, avoiding the kerosene flavored varieties.

Almost a year later, and it still has the bite. The smell & taste is there, just needs a lot more time.
