Red star dady yeast

Anyone that has used red star dady yeast a lot.

I just switched over to it and the instructions made me a little nervous. For 14 gal I was only supposed to add 1tablespoon. Use to putting in a entire packet of turbo yeast. Sound right?

I'm making a recipe that is mostly corn, and I'm adding about 1tbsp DADY per 5 gallons.

This, rogue⬈

It seems odd to you because you're saving money by not dumping in expensive turbo yeast AND you'll get a superior liquor.
Do yourself a favor and swear off turbo yeast for good. Cheap Red Star DADY or plain ol' bakers yeast is far superior to turbo. You'll thank yourself.
Best of success to you, roguepossum.
