As an ex-student of George, I cut my teeth on his guidance of pitching DADY, Fermax yeast nutrient, and di-ammonium phosphate, which has worked fine.
I have been testing variations of his recipe, since I noticed it differed from the component manufacturer's recommendations.
I noticed that Fermax yeast nutrient contains DAP already.
Is there any benefit to adding additional amounts?
I have emailed BSG, the maker of Fermax, repeatedly...with no response.
Thanks.

Diamonium Phosphate with Fermax yeast nutrient
Not to get technical, but according to chemistry alcohol is a solution.
Re: Diamonium Phosphate with Fermax yeast nutrient
That's a question for George as we have no idea what you are making.
