distillers yeast how much?

hi im making sweet feed mah and im using distillers yeast. i have a pot still and its for a 5 gallon wash, so i was wondering how many grams should i use?

How much does the recipe call for? What kind or brand of distillers yeast?

it calls for bakers yeast and says 1 packet. but all i got is distillers, its made by crosby & bakers i got it at our locally own beer and wine shop. and the other recipie says 8 tbsp of bakers also. but then further down the forum they say they swithched to distillers but does not say how much they use.
