Anyone ever used any confederate yeast just got a bag today says I got enough to ferment 11,000 gal. damn its a big bag of yeast. :lol:

Confederate powderworks distillers yeast said 48hrs but I got a sugar wash still going after 5 days.Got youngest girl to put it all in zip lock bags last night. Damn I got alot of yeast :lol:

You might want to buy a couple more refrigerators to keep it in.
You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, and them's pretty good odds.

You could probably throw it in the freezer too to keep it long term. I know bakers yeast keeps good in the freezer. Maybe try freeze a small amount for a couple weeks first and see how it does.

It was $80.00.I got it in fridge at shop.Guy told me could freeze it but siad it should last couple years in cabinets. I got a buddy here in town building him a still I told him not to order any yeast I got plenty for both of us.
