I'm preparing to do my first spirit run ever. Naturally, I've decided to go with Birdwatchers.
For some reason, all of the bakers yeast that I can find in South Africa is instant yeast with emulsifier and ascorbic acid. Is this a problem?
Is it okay for my yeast to contain emulsifier and ascorbic acid?
