OK, so we make a lot of spirits from sugar washes, its basically a neutral spirit, what do you blend/infuse with it to make a reasonable drink.

I’ve made a tasty “cowboy coffee” macerating some whole coffee beans in the neutral. Or, a “panty dropper” is popular with the women. And of course, a gin is always good to make from a neutral. Absinthe anyone?
But I can’t believe you don’t have any idea what to do with your neutral spirits. You’re in this hobby for creativity, right? Get creative.

Limoncello, nocino, gin, apple pie, sambuca, vodka, ginger vodka, any fruit maceration. Ginger vodka makes a great Moscow mule

Ohhhh, you need to try the SPD mixed with lemonade. That stuff is so good it drinks faster than chocolate milk or Gatorade.
