Map showing number of distilleries.

Below is a map of the USA showing how many distilleries are in each State. I found it interesting as our State of Washington at one time had the most but looks like an explosion of distilleries have cropped up in California.

The map we have that tracks our info is pretty much a mirror representation of the your post as well with respect to showing where the hot spots are cropping up.
