One of these days, they'll be a spectrum or sniffer type of analytical apparatus on the output to monitor and precisely replicate spiriy runs to an equal measurement or molecular structure.

Theoretically it should work, it's not really all than different than using taste to decide cuts. It just a computer doing it. Will be interesting to see the results.
