"Papa" is what I call it, and it came about in the midst of reading several Hemingway books this year.
Adjust proportions as you like, works well with gin also.
3 parts white UJSSM
2 parts coconut water
2 parts tonic
1 part lime juice, I squeeze a large section and throw it in
ice

Sounds good as it's not a syrupy over sweetened drink.

I put some of my last batch of the ujssm in a new oak 5lt barrel I think I was up to 6 generation. Tried oaking in a jar as well.
I used the white on ginger beer home brew or store bought.
I started using home brew kombucha as a mixer but I ran out of liker. Just ran a new batch today. Not sour yet gen 1.
