I don't drink alcohol, I drink distilled spirits.
Therefore I'm not a alcoholic, I'm spiritual.

My Grappa made from black grapes.....60% abv

After a couple of months resting it has turned out extremely Smooth and has a good sweet smell of fresh grapes on the nose.

All round pretty happy with this as a white brandy, I put the majority on medium toasted APJohns Hungarian Oak and will taste test that stuff in 6 months. :moresarcasm:

Using Odins gin botanicals, added 350g or 3/4 lb of frozen raspberries to the boiler and the raspberry flavour and bouquet has come through nicely. Quaffing it at the moment with tonic.

7.3% Belgian style ale, made my own candy syrup but I think I under-primed it, has a nice head to begin with but it soon dissipates and their is little to no carbonation after that, Still quite tasty though.

Looks like I will be drinking store bought for a week while in Anaheim visiting Disneyland with my daughter and granddaughter. Maybe just stick to beer and wine.

A Fruity Pebbles sugar head with a splash of Hampden Estate DOK, on the rocks with some LaCroix Key Lime. The DOK completely covers up the bad moonshine!

Tasting a sample of jaggery rum feints that were subjected to fast aging trickery three and a half years ago. Quite nice as a sipper. Good enough to be used in rum blends and liqueurs.

Having a look around and found this. I like the fact that it's been ongoing for a decade, so I'll add in, hehe.
I like a good old fashioned, sometimes a white russian, but most often I sip vodka on the rocks.

I liken a good round of drinks to a campfire. It gathers people and brings them closer together. It's an art.
