I only drink when I am alone or with somebody.

most my likker is aging, beeing "tested" by everyone else, or is waiting for a spirit run.

when I do drink, I have about 3-5 beers.. unless it's a special occasion (21sts etc..) then it's a bottle or 2 of my good stuff,

I actually haven't had a drink from my own stuff or anything for 2 months now, (apart from making cuts)

go figure, But I have noticed, alot of people in this hobby, don't drink to much, and if they do, they are using turbos, for turn around time...

I make it a rule only to drink on days that end in a y.

So you drink only 2 days a month (20 and 30)

I'm a bar room beer drinker and usually drink till I feel a little full which is pretty easy to do.Love an ice cold beer after mowing grass. Haven't touched hard stuff in years with the exception of some 'shine now and then.The little bit of UJ I make is usually gifted to friends.

I rarely drink during the week due to work but on the weekends if I'm not running the still I do drink a good amount Friday night and Saturday,i am not a beer drinker so I usually only drink my own stuff.

2 of us drank 2 gallons of brew last night sittin around the fire till 1AM. I know because I filled 2 64oz growlers up twice each. About 10 beers each. Started the night with a tall pour of some bourbon. LIttle sluggish today......

Was switchin back and forth between a Czech pilsner style and an IPA. Funny tricks on the tastebuds. The flavors really jump at ya when ya switch like that.

The whole family here drinks socially, but not in bars. My wife is pregnant so that has cut back considerably for me, seeing how that she was my drinking buddy. We don't drink much in the winter as compared to summer months anyways. In the summer I might consume 6-12 units of alcohol on an average day, consisting of micro brewed beer and shine'. The winter average is closer to zero.
