????

Do not know what you are referring to.
I made a bacon infusion of wodka, and it went quite well, but I did not like the taste.
Baking bacon, infusing in alcohol and than filtering. Not worth repeating.
Just try a small sample to be sure.

But if you are referring to another proces, please tell us what you mean.

I mixed neutral that was watered down to 80% and then flavoured with bacon fat. (Frozen and removed, a few times then ran threw coffee filter to remove as much as possible)

I made maple bacon vodka and still have not tried it.
I will go try it and let you know.

My father mixed the 80%abv with some sprite a few months ago and said it was absolutely terrible.

The process i read, used corn whisky. I've never tried such, just curious if others have. Looks like some definitely have tried it.

Because it's the best way to search this site. That's why there is a link to it in the light blue bar at the top of the page. Without searching the site, you are stuck with your own efforts from trawling through the site, or replies from members who currently post. If you don't like Google, use duckduckgo instead.

It was reveled a few years back that Google, Facebook, Yahoo and more were giving info to the govmnt, no warrants needed. In my state this hobby of ours is about as illegal as it gets in this country. So I figure better safe than sorry, moonshiners are treated like coke dealers in Mississippi.

I misunderstood your point a tad, my apologies.

I'm glad you pointed this out to me, as I had used it before, but assumed it was ran on duck duck go too.

Have you tried duckduckgo? It seemed to give me close enough to the same results.

I tried a bacon fat infused cheap bourbon once, ala Klein's method. Holy shit, did that stuff suck.

I had thought about making some.. was not sure how it would turn out.

Was going to malt my own barley for the mash and then smoke it it hickory and maple (was thinking apple possibly instead). Use that in a mash in what ever % turned out and gave some smokiness after the run with nice clean cuts. I was also going to age it on oak like I do most my stuff . Then was going to back mix in maple syrup to sweeten things to make a maple bacon shine all grain. Never eve made it might taste like shit. But think it has a chance or tasting decent.. Will the smoke come through right though..

I still have not given up on making maple bacon, but don't really have the time to do it at the moment.

Now your process sounds a little ahead of corn whisky infused with bacon, let us know how it turns out

There is a distillery in the US that makes a pork vodka.

EDIT: pork vodka part starts around 18 minutes into the podcast.
