Buzz

I didn't know where to put this do I put it here. I want to talk about the end of our mysterious journey. The buzz that our final product gives. Now I've drank everything under the sun. Most gives ya the same damn headache and so on.
Latley I've stumbled on a different buzz from basically doing what we have always done backwards with a different mash. For years we ran a simple corn sugar mash using backset that I see is well known and called ujsm for the artist who wrote it down here.
Once I built a small setup I started experimenting and found this masterpiece of a website. I learned how to steam grain. Best damn thing I've ever learned. We use to cook it, and I freaking hated it. I started experimenting renting with different mash bills and enzymes.
Well I made my own Wheat Malt, figured I flucked it up but kept it anyway as it added something to the taste I've never experienced. I soon found a 50lb sack of steamed corn along with 15 pounds my wheat malt and 15 pounds ground in a blender with water feed oats made one hell of a fine dipping white dog using enzymes.
Well to make a long story short, I ran out of enzymes three weeks back, I don't buy nothing online I don't have too. I get mine at a brew shop but it's 60 miles away, and I don't go until I have to.
So I started to make my mash and discovered I was out of alpha and went ahead and added 50 lbs sugar to my steamed grain. Now usually we run our low wines then put some mash in the thunper and distill, well this time I distilled my low wines With the thunper with no extra heads tails or anything.
Because of smearing, I decided to just use the boiler and omit the thumper for my spirit run. I pulled 180 proof then 170 for a long time. Then i put it in jars white.
I then tempered it down to 120 proof and three weeks later I tried it which is today.Well I immediately notice something different. It not only gives a rocket ship buzz, my mind is clear.
You die hard Craftsmen no what I'm talking about. Most alcohol makes you stupid, hence all the stupid shit done when one is drunk on store bought shit. I'm deer hunting now after three sipped shots. Anymore and I would miss a deer.
It's a clean crisp buzz, sort of a cannibis type buzz, really weird but quite pleasent. Not sure what I did to discover this but I hope I can repeat it. I'm pretty buzzed so sorry if I midpeled stuff.
