I think tha post at the end of the article resemble the commentary ide expect round hear... ifn I ever get caught, thay'll hafta try me by a jury a my piers... hell, I'm kin ta most of em...

Yes, the average guy on the street gets it, but it's the big distilleries that are keeping home distiing illegal. A very interesting read though.

I knew it was 3 yrs old but the comments are what made me post it. I found about 5 arrest in the last 5 years. One was transporting it from TN and bars were buying it and the best was a guy in a rural area but never the less, probably shouldn't distill on front lawn.
