Moonshiner going all out.

Post by Prairiepiss »

Guy ay work bought a bottle of moonshine from someone. Not a store. Paid $30 a pint for it. And he got a sealed new bottle with a label on it. Really the moonshiners are trying to look all professional now? :wtf: Redhouse moonshine. Best served ice cold.
What a joke. Established 2011 give me a break. This saddens me. And it looks like a good way to get busted.

You know your shamelessly plugging ;) . JK PP $30 for a pint??? They are really proud of it as well. Wonder what their copper/sheet metal ratio is on their still. Or how much plastic or rubber they have as well....

Does that say 80 proof??? My circle thinks my 100 AllBran is weak. And best served cold???? I like mine right out the jar...

You guys are talking about the economy, while I was on vacation they opened alcohol sales in the stores here in Washington. People thought since it was no longer a monopoly that prices would come down but just the opposite has happened as now with the various taxes they have added (27%) the prices are actually higher than before.

Yeesh...90%? I like my liquor strong but that's ridiculous. There's always someone out there ready to part a fool and his money...

I like how he included descriptors of his illegal stilling location in the label of his booze... Maybe the next batch will be labelled with his family crest and his last name as well. There shouldn't be too many red houses that fit that description. :)

I make silly labels for stuff I give away for free to family

Truthfully after talking to the guy again. I think its a kid trays buying it from a shiner. And rebottling and selling it. By kid I mean early 20s. I don't know why I would call that a kid. But anyway someone young dumb and full of himself. From what I'm told he is pretty bold about it to. So I'm waiting to see it in the paper soon.

Selling is dumb enough but adding a label so every bottle found can be traced back to the source. Real slick.

Yes Hooch it is very funny! Took the circle of pepole that do get to taste and enjoy my product(for free) awhile to get past the tall tales and stories before they actually opened thier mind and were able to really enjoy my spirits and not think of the bullshit that goes hand in hand with our hobby!

Hey, prison might be just the education that the label maker needs.

I treat all home made likker as poison unless I know the person that made it. And or I have seen the equipment making it. Especially if they are sellin.

As far as him being a member. He mite be but I bet he don't have the guts to claim it. And he didn't get one of the big rules. Don't sell and don't tell. It does nothing but hurt this hobby as car as getting it legalized.
