Surrender fuel alcohol permit

Does anyone know the process for surrendering a fuel alcohol permit? Ordered a column a couple years ago for prepping and got myself on a government list. Never did make any alcohol with it and was offered cash for it the other day and sold it. Thanks

Contact the TTB and ask them. They are the ones that have the list.
This is the division that you are supposed to file an annual report with:
Group Supervisor
Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau
National Revenue Center
550 Main Street, Suite 8002
Cincinnati, Ohio 45202
or you could call their toll free number and ask them directly: 1-877-882-3277
