Shed Craft Distillery permit in WA state - USA?

Does anybody know if I can get a craft distillery permit in Washington State (USA) running the still from a brick shed separated from the house located in a suburban (almost rural!) area?

What we have more micro distilleries than every other state and the closest office is in California?
