I found this. You would still need a bit and gasket.

+1 on the Brewers Hardware. Good dependable place for parts and fittings of all sizes. Takes way less time to get than ordering from China on ebay too.

The piece in question looks pretty specialized. Personally, I would buy as advertised and roll with it.

Something wrong with helping the OP with his/her request , Jack ?

My Google Fu has failed me in my attempts to find such an item. Possibly a proprietary item from SD ?

That is why I posted the one I did. All it needs is a nut and gasket. Which are quite easy to acquire if you don't already have them.

PF that 2" pipe thread is tapered... not straight like the fitting from SD...

Ok. But it would still work just fine with the nut and gasket. The further down the threads you go the bigger it gets to the 2" max. Either way the gasket makes the seal not the threads. I ain't trying to be snotty with ya fs at all just not seeing it like you right now.

You could get a 2" triclover ferrel and a 2" pipe nipple and weld them together, then all you need are a couple of nuts and a gasket :)

I'm pretty sure NPS would be much more ideal than NPT in this particular application, just at a glance. Corene or one of our other fine machinists would know for sure.

700G, will they not ship it to you? $40 seems like a great price for what it is. I'm not advocating or bashing the vendor, so much as just curious why you are asking...

Thanks PF, I went ahead and ordered that part plus gaskets and a nut. Only reason I asked for a vendor other than Stilldragon, is that they are out of stock until Oct. and it's the only part I lack on my project.

700G, would you please post the nut and gasket that you ordered as the link that PF posted is for a 2" NPT fitting and I'm very confused now.

Thank you, Sir.

700G McMasterCarr has Fep over Silicone O-rings that size for about $6.00 also PTFE but they are some what harder material might be tougher to seal. Thanks guys for the info on Brewershardware, good prices.

... and since I didn't know such a thing existed, but it might be nice to have on hand, there is a 1.5" version available here:
