Thanks so much for the words of incouragement, I will go back and look at rules. Lots of changed in the last 5 years since I read through it when I joined up. Glad you have it all figured out man. Used to not have the probems back before higher def photo's that I can't upload directly so's not to piss off the gods. I will keep photos to myself until I can get it exactly right

Cool I used the 1 1/2" trap adapters from supply house and used the 1 3/4 x 3/16 glass from mcmaster carr but measure before you commit

I just measured mine at 1 3/4 as well. I was thinking 1/8 would be thick enough but a little thicker might be better

Oh and a little thought that I forgot about, I faced my trap adapters to a flat surface so the extra thickness was not a problem.

Wow mcmaster.com is the bomb, ordered Monday night and waiting at the door Wednesday when I got home from work.
My dad got him a new buffer, so had to give him somthing to try it on. Now he said he needs Ibuprofen and muscle rub cream from holding that column up lol

Well done. Looks like it will do the job, even the fancy flow meter.

It did what folks said it would, I was getting 90% @ about a pint every 15 min. My first cleaning run I had the 2way valve on he condensers exit like I see a lot of other people's, but found it hard to control. So I changed it around and added the bottle so I can see the water exiting the condenser made life much easier for me anyway.
Not sure of the reason of having the valve on the back side of the condensers except maybe to keep air out?
