Electric Keggle build
Just got done with my electric keggle to do AG mashes. Had a friend plasma cut the top and then added all the rest myself. Should have put the thermometer higher but it is water tight and does the job.

Looks good! Better than mine. I took an angle grinder to the top. It's functional, but not pretty.

Hope you've got a good stirrer, an element protector, and a pail to empty it with.. that small valve will give problems in emptying a mash..

Nice. If it's an option, a rope and pulley attached to the ceiling will make life easier with biab. It gets heavy and the easiest way is suspending it above the kettle for a while.

My nephew has a pulley like that to drain his grain; but it is mounted on a gantry so he can
pull it aside to drain into the boiler or whatever.
