Sourcing for TriClamps?
I’ve upscaled my rig to using 1 ¼” copper tubing and want to use Tri-Clamps for the joins. Does anyone even make these? If so who, and how can I contact them?

Have you checked Glacier Tanks?

Show your equipment I'd say solder it together then and use unions to make it a little modular

Re: Sourcing for TriClamps?
search "sanitary fittings" or "Dairy fittings" on the net and you will find
many more than one supplier out there. I've found from 1/4" - 16" pipe size.

You could trying hitting up food processing plants. They have nothing but tri-clamp fittings and SS equipment. I did some work inside of a local protein bar manufacturer that was upgrading their facility and that kinda sh*t was laying around everywhere.
I’m not too sure how you would go about getting in touch with those kind of folks but it’s worth a shot.

Freedom had been hunted round the globe; reason was considered as rebellion; and the slavery of fear had made men afraid to think. But such is the irresistible nature of truth, that all it asks, and all it wants, is the liberty of appearing.

Product and shipping prices vary widely for sanitary fittings.
With a little shopping, you will find lots of sources.
Keep an eye out for how long to be delivered.
Price of product
Price of shipping / import fees
Best prices will almost always be from china.

A simple search on Amazon turned up these in under 30 seconds

Re: Sourcing for TriClamps?
I use 1 1/4” copper on some of my equipment.
I take a 1 1/2” stainless ferrule and machine out the id slightly to allow soldering
1 1/4” pipe inside. Before I found a great machinest that would do all my custom work I would just sand down the pipe and heavily sand the ferrule so that it would fit.
Then all you need is the standard 1 1/2” triclamp
Hope this helps

This is my return for my 4 plate side column.
I am about to put my barrel and a half brewery back together and plan on using this extensively.
I had 20 ferrules milled out for about $100

Re: Sourcing for TriClamps?
This is a glacier tanks 1.5” on a piece of 1.25” copper pipe. No machining required for mine. Slip fit is about perfect for a solder join.

Re: Sourcing for TriClamps?
I have used unions in past rigs, they worked fine, but this situation is space confined and the tri-clamps are a better fit. And then there is the difference in the costs. Unions are lots more expensive per joint, But Thankyou for your thoughts.
