I needed a great ladle for various uses, also useful to transfer / transfer / empty the fermenter or the contents of a pot. I looked around the search for something to be recovered, a realization at no cost.
I started from an old pot (small) that I had set aside for some "creative" First of all I gave an internal clean (aluminum had an internal non-stick cover) and I removed the handles.use.

A lot prettier than mine.
I use a ten litre plastic bucket, it fits into the (about) eighty litre olive-barrel fermenter.
